"Our Welcome" Self-catering Accommodation
The Villa Pacinotti holiday farm offers four independent apartments for self-catering accommodation. All the apartments are fully furnished and fully equipped, and each one has got a large sitting-room and kitchen, one or two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Each apartment can accommodate 2, 3, or 4 people, so we can host up to a maximum of 12 adults and 4/5 children in extra beds.

Breakfast is not included in self-catering accommodation; however, on arrival our guests will find a complimentary basket with organic products for an Italian breakfast. You will be able to prepare meals in the well equipped kitchen in your apartment at whatever time is most convenient to you, but, if you do not fancy wasting time in the kitchen, you can go out to the nearby village of Candeglia to have breakfast in a coffee bar, or reach in only a few minutes some typical restaurant where you can enjoy your evening meal.
The rooms are large and comfortable, with period furniture or furniture in the traditional Tuscan style. We have paid special attention to the finish, only making use of traditional eco-friendly materials (terracotta-tiled floors treated with natural wax, window frames and fixtures made of chestnut wood treated with vegetable oil paint… ). Our purpose was to create not only a comfortable but also a healthy place.
One of the apartments, “ll Barco”, is suitable for disabled people as it has no architectural barriers, and the bathroom can be used by people in wheelchairs.
