Long stay (2 weeks or more): contact us directly to learn more.

Free of charge for children under 3 years of age (cradle and highchair available on request).

The price includes:

• bed, table and household linen
• weekly change of linen
• welcome kit of organic products for italian breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, cane sugar, jam, rusks)
• house cleaning at check out
• outdoor barbecue with table and chairs under the pergola
• children playground

Extra:
in winter a daily 10-euro supplement is requested for heating expenses

BOOKING

After our confirmation of availability, you have to pay a deposit of 25% of the total cost.
You can pay it with a bank transfer (we will notify IBAN and BIC codes with the confirmation of availability) or with credit card through Paypal.

You shall pay the balance at check-in or during your stay. We accept ATM cards and/or credit cards (VISA or Mastercard)

CANCELLATION POLICIES

In case of cancellation

• up to 14 days before the date of check-in, the deposit wil be refunded (net of bank expenses)
  
• from the 15th day before the date of check-in, nothing will be refunded
